Refund Policy

Please note: Personalised & engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your personalised item is the wrong size, please contact us at hello@forge-and-foundry.com and we can provide assistance.

How do I start a return?

For non-personalised items, simply contact our support team at hello@forge-and-foundry.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns received without original or undamaged packaging will not be processed.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item. Without it, we are unable to process claims for parcels lost in transit.

Promotional discounts & partial returns

When a promotional discount is applied to an order, the discount applies to the total order value rather than to any individual item. If a partial return brings the remaining order value below the qualifying threshold, the discount will no longer apply and the refund will be calculated accordingly.

Example: If you purchase two bracelets totalling $130 and receive a $10 Buy More, Save More discount, your total paid is $120. If you return the $55 bracelet, your remaining order value is $75 - below the $100 threshold - so the $10 discount no longer applies. Your refund would be $45 ($120 paid minus $75 for the item kept).

3 for 2 offer returns

To receive a full refund on a 3 for 2 order, all three items must be returned. If fewer than three items are returned, all items become fully chargeable and your refund will be calculated based on the full retail price of the returned item(s) minus the cost of the item(s) kept.

Example: If you purchase three bracelets on a 3 for 2 offer and return two of them, you would not receive a full refund - as you would otherwise keep one bracelet for free.

Shipping costs on partial returns

Our free shipping offer applies to orders that meet the qualifying spend threshold at the time of purchase. If a partial return reduces your remaining order value below this threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as the free shipping offer would no longer apply to the items retained.

Example: If your order qualifies for free shipping at $100+ and a partial return leaves your remaining order value at $65, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: If both a promotional discount and a shipping deduction apply to the same partial return, both will be reflected in your refund calculation. We will always provide a clear breakdown when this occurs.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with a gift card may be exchanged within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Cancellations

Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we begin processing orders immediately and are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@forge-and-foundry.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Duties & taxes

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable, as these are collected by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
