How do I start a return?

Our returns and exchange process is very simple. Please simply contact our expert support team at hello@forge-and-foundry.com with your order number and they will help with the next steps. 

You can return within 60 days of your order being delivered. Please note, all items must be unused and in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging or damaged packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Gift cards are non-refundable. Products purchased with gift cards can be exchanged within 60 days providing they are unused and in the original packaged condition.

Please ensure that you obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt for your returned item/s, in the event that the return is lost during transit back to us, we are then able to process your request.

Without the proof of postage receipt, we are unable to honour the return request in the event the return is lost in transit. 

Cancelling your order: Please email us straight away and we might be able to update/cancel your order.
