Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and everything we make.

Each piece is inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If a manufacturing defect occurs, all purchases are covered by our lifetime warranty.

If a manufacturing fault arises, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace your piece. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, accidental damage, water damage, scratches, normal wear and tear, or any other damage caused by use.

If your product is found to be defective, the warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement free of charge.

If the original item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.

To make a claim, email a photo of the item along with your order number to hello@forge-and-foundry.com and our team will arrange your replacement.
