Lifetime Warranty

We believe in the quality of our jewelry and we stand behind everything that we make.

Our products are inspected before delivery to make sure the item is in perfect condition. In the case that there is ever a manufacturing problem, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our purchases. 

At our discretion we will either offer to replace or repair your piece should a manufacturing defect arise. We will not cover lost, stolen or personally damaged items under this warranty. 

If your product is defective or fades under normal wear, the warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).

If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Just email a photo of the item to our team at hello@forge-and-foundry.com along with your order number and we'll process a replacement item.
