Shipping Policy
Every Forge & Foundry order is dispatched from our workshop in London, UK, with tracking provided on every parcel.
Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery estimates below are transit times from dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.

All duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. Personalised and engraved pieces ship directly from our London workshop.

Personalised & engraved pieces
Personalised and engraved items are made to order in our London workshop, and they ship on the same timescale as everything else — order before 1pm GMT on a business day and your piece is engraved and dispatched that same day.
Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged — see our Refund Policy.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch email containing your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking details within two business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@forge-and-foundry.com.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within five business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@forge-and-foundry.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage and your order number.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent, but a further shipping charge will apply.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom (including Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man) and the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at hello@forge-and-foundry.com — we may still be able to help.
