Size Protection

Our personalised bracelets and rings are made specially for you, which means they are non-refundable once personalised. Size Protection gives you extra peace of mind when ordering, especially if you are buying as a gift or are unsure which size to choose.

For a small additional cost, Size Protection allows you to receive one replacement of the same item in a different size if the size you ordered is not right.

How It Works

Add Size Protection to your order when purchasing your personalised bracelet or ring.

If your item arrives and the size is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you would like instead.

We will arrange one replacement in a different size for the same product.

The replacement will be made with the same design, same colour, and same personalisation as your original order. Only the size can be changed.

What Is Covered

Size Protection covers:

• One replacement in a different size
• The same bracelet or ring originally ordered
• The same engraving or personalisation
• The same colour, finish, and design
• Orders where the wrong size was selected at checkout

What Is Not Covered

Size Protection does not cover:

• A different product or design
• A different colour or finish
• A change to the engraving or personalisation
• Lost or damaged items
• General change of mind
• Refunds on personalised items
• More than one replacement per protected item

Why Add Size Protection?

Personalised jewellery is made just for you, so it cannot usually be returned or refunded if the wrong size is ordered.

Size Protection helps remove the worry from ordering by giving you a simple backup option if the fit is not quite right.

It is especially useful if:

• You are unsure which bracelet or ring size to choose
• You are ordering as a gift
• You want extra peace of mind before placing a personalised order
• You want to avoid the cost of buying a second item if the size is wrong

Important Information

Size Protection must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added after your order has been placed.

It applies to one item only. If you are ordering multiple bracelets or rings and would like each one covered, Size Protection must be added for each item.

Size Protection does not make personalised items refundable. It only provides one replacement in a different size, using the same item details and personalisation.
