Do you sell custom or personalised jewelry?

All of our custom engraving is carried out by experts in our London workshop in the UK.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Standard delivery is free on UK orders over £75 and US orders over $100. Below that, UK Standard is £2.99 and US Standard is $4.99. See all delivery options.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Most of our jewellery is highly water-resistant, but some styles are not 100% waterproof. Here’s what that means for each material:
- Stainless Steel – Stainless steel pieces can handle everyday water exposure (such as gym sweat, showering and swimming), but prolonged exposure to water - especially saltwater or chlorinated pools - can affect their finish over time. Dry your pieces with a towel after getting them wet to preserve their pristine condition.
- 925 Silver - Solid 925 silver requires more care - it may tarnish over time if exposed to moisture, so it's best to dry it properly after contact with water.
- Leather – Leather and water are not best friends. Extended exposure can cause the material to dry out or weaken over time, so we recommend keeping leather bracelets away from water.
- Gemstones (onyx, etc.) – Natural stones can generally withstand water, but to maintain their shine and structure, it’s best to keep them dry and avoid harsh chemicals.
For long-lasting shine, dry your jewellery after contact with water and store it properly when not in use. Stainless steel is one of the most durable metals for jewellery, but a little care goes a long way!
How do I know if the piece will fit me?
All pieces have sizing information under the "Product Details" dropdown. Some will also have size guide images to help you work out your perfect fit.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?
We use premium materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver, gold plating, leather, and natural stones. All our pieces are designed to be durable, stylish, and hypoallergenic.
What if I don't love my piece when it arrives?
Shop with confidence! Try your piece for 30 days, risk-free. If you don’t absolutely love it, return it for a free exchange or refund - no questions asked. We’re sure you’ll love your Forge & Foundry jewellery, but if not, just email us, and we’ll handle the rest!
